Our task was to create an exclusive jewelry box shaped like an anatomical human heart, combining aesthetic appeal with functionality and future casting potential.

Project stages:

3D Modeling — digital model consisting of two parts: a heart-shaped lid and a base with a cavity for jewelry storage. Additional features: flat bottom for stability, hinge attachment, and realistic artery placement.

Prototyping — 3D printed test model to verify dimensions and fit for a jewelry cushion.

Matrix Creation — manufacturing a precise mold matrix for high-quality casting.

Silicone Mold Production — producing a flexible silicone mold suitable for series casting with epoxy or polyurethane resin.

Result:

Unique jewelry cases combining realistic design, usability, and scalable production possibilities.
