The Challenge: 

A client approached us with a request to create original Halloween masks. Their main requirements: non-standard design, high detail, and the ability for artistic hand-painting. The masks needed to be bold, eye-catching accents that would deliver a real "wow effect." 

3DWAY’s Solution: 

We presented several 3D model options and adapted the chosen concept to the client’s specific preferences — adjusting shape, scale, and facial fit for comfort and realism. For printing, we selected PLA White — a smooth-textured plastic ideal for painting. 

Post-production included: 

● manual support removal and surface sanding, 
● applying a primer layer for better paint adhesion, 
● hand-painting by an artist to bring each mask to life with bold colors, shading, and volume. 

The Result: 

We delivered a series of atmospheric, one-of-a-kind Halloween masks — as if they stepped right out of a comic book or movie. The client was thrilled with both the quality and the fast turnaround.
