A client approached us to produce custom heart-shaped molds for a depositing machine used in confectionery manufacturing. These molds ensure high precision, repeatability, and heat resistance in forming confectionery products.

Project stages:

· 3D Modeling based on references: We carefully analyzed client requirements and developed an accurate 3D mold model. Our engineers perfectly adapted the heart shape to the technical specifications of the depositing machine.

· 3D Printing with PET-G material: We used PET-G — a material combining strength, heat resistance, and food safety (depending on batch certification). The printed molds withstand mechanical stress and contact with semi-liquid food products.

The finished molds were tested in production and fully met the client’s expectations. Precise shape reproduction, durability, and ease of use were all delivered at the highest standard.
